Ok… am already missing the open road so have booked myself in to the upcoming annual HOG Eurofestival in Grimaud, near St Tropez, France – http://events.harley-davidson.com/it_IT/euro-festival/
The festival is from the 11th to the 14th May, but I’ve just booked a ticket for the Saturday. Will be catching the Eurotunnel train from Folkestone to Calais early on the morning of the 10th then a relatively leisurely ride down through France to my pre-booked hotel in Sainte-Maxime just a few kilometres from Port Grimaud, arriving on Friday the 12th.
Leaving on the 14th after the HOG parade for a quick return to Calais to catch the Eurotunnel back on the evening of the 16th.
Am using the fatboy for this trip as I am hoping to sell the Heritage soon.
