This year London Pride celebrated 50 years of Pride. The first pride march took place in London in 1972; I wasn’t there but some of the veterans who were marched at the front of Pride this year, what a milestone for them.
I was extremely proud as President of Dykes on Bikes® London to lead off the Pride parade alongside my club members from London and Rhine-Weser Germany and several other lesbian bikers who joined with us.

and… if that was not enough, Sylvie and I then joined with our German Sistas from Dykes on Bikes® Rhine-Weser to ride overnight from London to Cologne and lead the Pride there the very next day.. what an amazing adventure it was too…
